Oda: Well...As always, the cape is on his back because of his spirit/heart. The real problem is that sparkling weird thing on his hair. To be honest, While I was drawing Cracker, I also wonder what is this sparkling thing. Ahahahaha...I thought it will be cool, so I added it to his design. Finally, the answer I came up with is "OK, whatever" when I draw him. I guess the reason is I somehow get an image of "firework" through the name "Cracker". Maybe his hair will explode at sometime in the future?
